Frishman / Gordon / Jerusalem (central hotel-strip / promenade): Access from the Tel Aviv tayelet (Frishman: end of Frishman Street). Municipal tourism pages describe central city beach days without a gate fee to step onto the sand. The city’s beach pages show paid parking lots nearby (map link). Check the signs or ask the lot attendant. Gordon lockers cited 10 ₪ multi-use on municipal HE — locker amenity (sand entry stays free). Confirm seawater pool day-pass live with the operator.

Hilton Beach (north of marina): Service road between Metzizim and marina. The city’s beach page notes paid parking; check the signs. Farther north than the Gordon–Frishman–Jerusalem hotel-strip cluster; plan a longer promenade hop or inland transfer from the central strip.

Dankal Red Line (inland last mile): Stations Allenby / Elifelet (and corridor) run inland of the tayelet. Beach day still needs promenade bus / walk / bike to the tayelet. The yellow-zone fare on Dankal is NIS 8. Check the fare table before you ride. Operator POI for Allenby/Elifelet emphasize Rothschild / Neve Tzedek / HaTachana.
