Parking at a glance

Entertainment District meters (Ocean Drive to Pennsylvania, 5–15 Street) are $4/hour, enforced 24/7. Ocean Drive curb parking is restricted; city garages G1–G4 (7th, 12th, 13th, 16th/Anchor) are the practical South Beach day move.

North of 63 Street, standing meter rate is $1/hour (enforcement 8 a.m.–11 p.m.; some lots 8 a.m.–6 p.m.).

Through October 31, 2026, municipal parking (lots, garages, on-street) is $1/hour via ParkMobile only, capped at 3 hours per session and 45 discounted hours total — a full beach day still needs a garage or a new session. Promo does not apply to private Ocean Drive / hotel lots.
